The NU-based Full Course pathway on this page is exclusively for current Final Year students of the National University (NU) Professional LL.B program , Bangladesh. This stage is also known as LL.B 2nd Year / Final Year. Students will receive structured education support in Bangla based on the NU syllabus, with focus on written examination preparation, viva, legal drafting, legal reasoning, and practical understanding.
Final Year includes several important procedural, substantive, evidence, property, business, drafting, and practice-related areas of law. LSL aims to help students understand these subjects strategically rather than studying only for examination, while gradually building a stronger foundation for future Bar-oriented preparation.
Please note that Lilac School of Law does not issue any NU certification for the Professional LL.B program. National University and the affiliated college remain the official academic and certification authorities. Our role is limited to academic guidance, structured learning, examination preparation, legal writing and drafting support, and research-based study assistance.

📌 Program Rules & Eligibility
- ✅ Only currently enrolled Final Year / 2nd Year students of the National University’s LL.B (Professional) program are eligible to join the NU-based Full Course and full academic support pathway.
- 🧭 Easy Book Understanding (EBU) is a separate foundation-level learning option. Learners who want to understand or refresh a law subject may begin with EBU before moving into deeper study.
- 📘 NU Final Year students should use this learning system to better understand the syllabus, subject structure, textbook content, important legal provisions, written examination preparation, viva, legal drafting, and practical legal understanding .
- ⚠️ Important: Lilac School of Law / Lilac Education will not issue any NU certificate, degree, marksheet, or formal NU accreditation for the Professional LL.B program. National University and the affiliated college remain the official academic and certification authorities. LSL provides academic and study support only.
- 🔍 Before enrolling, students should carefully review course rules, eligibility conditions, fees, access arrangements, and the learning structure .
- 🎯 Final Year is a particularly important stage of the LL.B Professional journey. Students are therefore encouraged to focus not only on passing examinations, but also on legal reasoning, subject understanding, answer writing, drafting, viva preparation, and long-term professional readiness .
- ⚖️ Where relevant, Final Year learning will also help students begin building a progressive Bar-oriented foundation. After completing the LL.B stage, students may continue into a separate dedicated Bar preparation pathway.
- 🌐 Learners who build the required foundation may later progress to selected English, advanced, comparative, and research-based law learning pathways , subject to the relevant eligibility and course structure.
- 🎓 The NU-based Final Year Full Course pathway is primarily delivered in Bangla for easier understanding. Advanced, comparative, research-based, or English law programs are separate learning pathways.
- 🔒 Access to restricted course pages, structured learning materials, and video lessons is provided only to authorized learners according to the relevant course access rules. Unauthorized sharing, copying, recording, redistribution, or duplication of protected course materials is prohibited.
💰 Course Fee Structure
- 🧭 Easy Book Understanding (EBU) is available at ৳950 per subject. It is designed to help learners understand the subject structure, important legal terms, core concepts, and overall mental map before deeper study.
- 🎓 Each individual NU Final Year Full Course is priced at ৳4,650 per subject. The corresponding EBU foundation is included in the Full Course at no additional charge.
- 📝 A one-time registration fee of ৳450 is required before joining the first NU Final Year Full Course. This registration fee does not apply to standalone EBU enrollment.
- 📌 A learner who first takes a standalone EBU for ৳950 may later join the corresponding Full Course. In that case, the Full Course fee remains ৳4,650; the earlier EBU payment is not deducted from the Full Course fee.
- 📘 LSL organizes the NU Final Year learning pathway into 15 subject-based courses for clearer understanding and structured preparation, even where National University examination papers may group related areas together.
- 📚 The 15 learning areas are: Transfer of Property Act, Intellectual Property Law, Civil Procedure, Limitation Act, Criminal Procedure, Penal Code, Law of Evidence, International Law, Company Law, Mercantile Law, Land Laws, Registration Act, Public Demands Recovery, Civil & Criminal Drafting, and Legal Practice, Advocacy & Bar Preparation.
- 📌 Eligible NU Final Year students may enroll in individual Full Courses according to their academic needs. Enrollment in all 15 courses at once is not required.
- 💼 Students who choose to complete all 15 Full Courses pay for each subject separately. No bundled discount is currently offered.
- ⚖️ Full Course support may include, where relevant, subject understanding, important legal provisions, written examination preparation, legal reasoning, drafting, viva preparation, practical legal understanding, and progressive Bar-oriented learning .
- 💻 Registered learners can access structured course materials and video lessons through LiDia Edu , together with AI-supported learning assistance for understanding difficult legal terms, concepts, sections, and course topics.
- 🔐 Course materials are primarily provided for online learning and authorized student access. Downloadable files or PDFs are not provided unless specifically stated for a particular course or resource.

Final Year students will follow a structured learning process designed to build clear subject understanding, stronger written examination preparation, practical legal reasoning, viva readiness, and a progressive foundation for future Bar preparation.
- 🧭 Begin with the Easy Book Understanding (EBU) foundation, where available, to understand the subject structure, important legal terms, core concepts, and overall mental map.
- 📖 Continue chapter by chapter with the prescribed textbook or relevant subject-based legal materials and study the important provisions carefully.
- 📝 Review the corresponding explanations, summaries, structured notes, and course content provided within the learning system.
- 🎥 Watch the related video lessons and continue structured learning through LiDia Edu .
- 🤖 If a legal term, concept, section, or course topic remains difficult, students may use AI-supported learning assistance for additional explanation. Important legal information should still be checked against the relevant authoritative legal source.
- ✍️ Full Course learners will move into deeper study, including legal provisions, interpretation, application, issue identification, revision, and structured exam-style answer writing.
- ⚖️ For drafting, viva, advocacy, and practice-related learning, students should follow the special guidance provided within the relevant course area.

Learning Path: Learners may begin with EBU at ৳950 per subject. The NU Final Year Bangla Full Course is ৳4,650 per subject and includes the corresponding EBU foundation. A one-time ৳450 registration fee applies before the first NU Full Course.
Prepare Forward: Final Year subjects such as Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Penal Code, Evidence, Drafting and practice-related learning can also help build the legal foundation needed for future Bar-oriented preparation. A separate dedicated Bar preparation pathway follows after the LL.B stage.
Note: USD fees are mainly applicable to international learners or payments made from outside Bangladesh. English, Advanced and Comparative programs are separate higher-level learning pathways and should not be treated as part of the NU certification system.
⚖️ ২য় বর্ষে শুধু Final Exam নয়—এখান থেকেই Bar-এর বড় Foundation তৈরি হতে পারে
১ম বর্ষের তুলনায় Final Year বা ২য় বর্ষে এসে Law পড়ার পরিমাণ এবং complexity—দুটোই অনেক বেড়ে যায়। Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Penal Code, Evidence-এর মতো বড় বড় আইন পড়তে হয়; শুধু সংজ্ঞা বা কয়েকটি প্রশ্ন মুখস্থ করলে পুরো Subject-এর connection বোঝা কঠিন হয়ে পড়ে। এখান থেকেই তাই পড়ার strategy-টাও একটু বদলানো দরকার।
এর আরেকটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কারণ আছে। Bangladesh Bar Council-এর official Enrolment Examination syllabus-এর সঙ্গে Final Year-এর সরাসরি বড় একটি connection রয়েছে। Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), Penal Code, Law of Evidence এবং Limitation Act —এই পাঁচটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Bar syllabus area আপনি Final Year-এই পড়ছেন।
এর সঙ্গে Bar Council syllabus-এ থাকা Specific Relief Act আপনি LL.B 1st Year-এই পড়েছেন। অর্থাৎ LL.B-এর দুই বছরে পড়া এই ছয়টি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আইন ভবিষ্যতের Bar preparation-এরও বড় অংশ।

Bangladesh Bar Council-এর বর্তমান official Enrolment Examination syllabus অনুযায়ী, এই ছয়টি আইন Preliminary Examination-এর 95 marks এবং Written Examination-এর 90 marks-এর সঙ্গে সরাসরি যুক্ত। বাকি অংশে Professional Ethics, Bar Council Order & Rules, Legal Decisions and Reports রয়েছে।
এর অর্থ এই নয় যে LL.B Final Year পড়লেই Bar preparation সম্পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে। Bar examination-এর নিজস্ব syllabus focus, question pattern, revision strategy, Professional Ethics এবং Bar Council Rules রয়েছে। কিন্তু Final Year-এ এই আইনগুলো ভালোভাবে বুঝে পড়লে LL.B শেষ হওয়ার পরে একই foundation আবার শূন্য থেকে তৈরি করতে হবে না।
তাই আমাদের কাছে Final Year-এর লক্ষ্য শুধু “পরীক্ষা পাস” নয়। আজ CPC-এর একটি Order, CrPC-এর একটি procedure, Penal Code-এর একটি offence, Evidence-এর একটি principle বা Limitation-এর একটি rule বুঝে পড়া— ভবিষ্যতের একজন competent lawyer হওয়ার প্রস্তুতিরও অংশ। এই চিন্তাটি আরও বিস্তারিতভাবে পড়তে পারেন “কম পড়েও ভালো আইনজীবী হওয়া যায়?” Article-এ।
Study strategically: Final Year-এ Subjectগুলো শুধু exam-এর জন্য শেষ করবেন না। এখনই এমনভাবে foundation তৈরি করুন, যেন LL.B → Bar preparation → Legal Practice— প্রতিটি পরবর্তী ধাপে আজকের শেখা Law আবার কাজে লাগে।
